How to book?

Below a image is presented of the one that is used during the booking process. Don't forget that the booking in not online. The avaibility is checked prior to the payment. After the avaibility has been checked (within 24 hours), mail is sent out to you with all the details for the payment.

If the check in is within 2 weeks the whole amount of the payment must be made, while rest of the dates allows you to make part of the payment within some days and the rest of it when only 2-3 weeks remains until the check in.

When the full payment has been made a voucher is send out to you within 24 hours. The voucher with your passport must be presented to the hotel upon check in.

1. Choose the room during the period of interest by selecting the corresponding choice.
2. Choose date of the check in and checking out day.
3. Fill in your personal details as mail adress, home adress and country.
4. Fill in the flightnumber if you are coming directly from your country (it's not required). You can also require a pich up from the airport (you are often charge for that service).

1. You can ask for special requiestsm that are forwarded to the hotel in question. Those will be accounted for if it is possible.
2. If the hotel or room will be accupied during the chosen period, you can get back a suggestion for alternatives, if you choose so.
