Secure credit card payment

The payment is handled by Thawte, , which is a well known supplier of secured internet payments. The card accepted are for example VISA, MAsterCard and other known issued credit cards. The payment is done on a encrypted secure connection.

If the check in is within 2 weeks the whole amount of the payment must be made, while rest of the dates allows you to make part of the payment within some days and the rest of it when only 2-3 weeks remains until the check in. You will get a notification within 24 hours if the room/rooms you requested are available. All information about the payment will be included in the mail.

You will also find there the link to the encrypted payment site. On that site you will have to fill in your booking number, which you will also find in the mail. You will then be forwared to a secure connection where it is safe to fill in your credit card information and make the final step in the booking process. Check your listed booking information (dates, hotel) before you approve the payment.

When the payment is approved a voucher will be send out within 24 hours, which has to be presented together with your passport at the hotel.
